Ancol Aims to Become International Standard Recreational Site

Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama wants to make Taman Impian Jaya Ancol as one of recreational sites that has international standard in the capital. His way is by selling stock to the international world. However, it remains waiting for the right time to reflect right either.

His party will involve the international-class ride developer, Disney Land from Japan, Hongkong and Korea, Europe to plant stock in PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol (PJA). Besides local, he wants offer it to the foreign country for promoting Taman Impian Jaya Ancol at international level.

City to Release PJA Stocks to International

"By doing so, we would automatically be in part of international network. It can also attract more tourists indirectly," he uttered.

At this time, the city administration has stock by 72 percent of PT PJA. The rest are belonging to PT PJA by 18 percent and public 10 percent. He wants to add stock that owned by public.
